A couple of weeks ago I got a call to head south of the border to perform a contest/demo called X pilots by Monster Energy drinks. The show was a contest format with some pretty big names in the FMX industry such as Mike Metzeger and his newly formed FACTORY FREESTYLE TEAM of Wiley Fulmer and Jeremy Lusk, Jim Mcneal, Tommy Clowers, Jeff Tilton, Javier Villegas, Sebastian Mejia, Christian Carletti and Japans Koda Kujimora. The show was held in the local baseball stadium to a sold out crowd of over 25000 screaming spectators and all went super well with the twin ramp to ramp set ups. Metz ended up being the crowd favorite with his team mates and Jim Mcneal rounding out the top 4.(all 4 riders had some sick flip combos). Everyone had a blast partying in TJ for the weekend and can't wait to hit up Mexico again here soon for a small tour that is planned.
